The State Tournament
Every wrestler sets their sites on the grand prize at the end of the season. All of the sweat and tears, early mornings and long weekends, bloody noses and bruised egos - all of those things and much more are invested in the wrestling season with one goal in mind - the State Tournament.
The history of the Panther Cub Wrestling Club grows each and every year as the list of State Qualifiers and State Place Winners grow. The hard work and dedication of the following wrestlers finally paid off. Their tickets were punched to the State Tournament.
Novice and Senior State Qualifiers
While the Novice and Senior level wrestlers must earn their ticket to the State Tournament, other wrestlers may also choose to test themselves in end of the year State Tournaments. Regardless of the age divisions, the competition and pressure to bring home a State medal is all the same.
